I did and

Woke up at 6am, stripped all the car out, put thje 14's back on etc.. lovely day, sun was out went to meet my mate with his Elise at 8 and went off on our way to Santa Pod.

Most of the way there it was still sunny and hot and I was starting to look forward to it. Got to about 20 mins from the pod and it starts pissing down.

Get there at about 9.45 and the track was soaking. Stopped raining about 10.15 and they started drying the track. You could see it was almost dry and the sun started to come out. It was about 11.30 now. All of a sudden, it starts pissing down again. We ended up staying until about 12.15 and then we went home. WITH NO RACING DONE.

I spent most of the day in Birmingham at a Punto r/r day, by the time it was done it wasn't worth heading to the pod.
