can i get 6 1/2 inch speakers up front.
i think the autoleads adaptors allow that sized speaker, but im not 100% sure.
i won't have to make a custom door build or n e thing will I?

yeah mate i have put 6"1/2 in my front doors and they fit fine. it is a very tight squeeze, on my drivers side the window doesn't go down the last 2 inches, but it isn't a big problem. 5"1/4 (next size down?) might be easier if you don't wanna be cutting and a'drillin.

What speakers have you got upfront.
if they go in without having to do custom build for the speaker then im happy

From what i've seen on here, you can get the 17cm (6.5") Speakers in the front doors without having to modify the door pods, BUT it depends on the depth of the speaker, i THINK it's about 61-65mm at the most that fits, but i'm not too sure, i'm sure Corb, Icy, or Austin, or Diggidy will help ya out if they see this post, Or do a search for it, this is a pretty common question from what i've seen

Ok peeps... yes 17cm (6.5") will go into standard door pods/cards with no mods depending on the depth of speakers going in.
A mounting depth around 50-65mm will be perfect. You will need adapters which are made by Autoleads. they call them astra van spacers... they come in 2 sizes 13cm and 17cm, make sure you get the large ones(17cm).
