my grandad has an old pc with a new monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner. He wants to get just a new tower is this possible?

yes, if your in london go into central to the fairs, buy a motherboard, hard drive,memory, case and all the other bits and make him a new machine.

or you can just get a new tower case empty and attempt to connect it up.
