dose anyone know ways of doing chest muscle triaing without going to the GYM? cos tis to expensive to goto the gym. got weighs dum bells at home tho if they'll help!?

make a bench with 2 chairs and use the dum bells one in each hand like you wud with a bench press wiv ur elbows pointing down as u lie on the chairs.

Also using the makeshift bench wiv the 2 chairs u can hold the dum bells above or chest wiv ur elbows slightly bent and pointing towards ur feet and lower ur arms down to the same level as ur chest and bring them back up2 the starting position again.

sounds weird but easy as fook
