One of my neighbours is offering me a second hand K&N cone filter from his Cavalier (don't even know if it will fit on my Astra!) for £10, he says "bolt this on and it'll give you about a 6-8bhp power increase".

What do you guys think? 6-8bhp for a tenner? Not bad huh?



PS. this is from a guy that works at the BMW Mini factory near here!

I think he works on the production line or something, not sure.

He said his car has a slight oil leak at the moment, and there was like a giant oil patch under his car last night when I was at his house! He once offered me his car for £900!
