The number plate on my BMW is K911 LAE, i was thinking of changing it a get a plate with MAT in it. Ive been offered £500 for it on one site but similar ones seen to go for more (£800-900 mark).

Any ideas?

could do with more than 500, cos it means that i have to buy another one for the car and all the transfer costs etc on top of that!

you dnt have to buy another one ,you can get te old plate put back on ,thats what me dad did

But thats the original plate for the car. I think that i can just buy a new one for it from the DVLA?!

as far as i know, they will automatically supply you with a new plate as soon as you sell the original. Give dvla a ring.

yeh dvla prices start at £250 for crap plates that does inc the £80 registration tho.

i kno T666 'DJS' my initials was £250. go on dvla registrations site and type in what you want.

i paid 300 including the transfer charge for L18 RLL, my initials which i thought was quite good.
