generally, you should set the pressures of aftermarket wheels and tyres to whatever the original wheels and tyres were, so check your handbook/Haynes manual.
As for the rear springs, jack up the car and support on axle stands. Use a trolley-jack under the rear suspension arm to support the weight of the arm. Undo the lower shock mounting bolt and pull the shock away from the arm a little. lower the jack and the arm will drop down. Make sure it doesnt pull at any brake-pipes. Pull the spring out. You might need to push the arm down further so the spring will come out past its mountings.

Most corsa owners run around 32psi front 30 rear. thats what i run mine on, no problems at all.
Springs r simple mate, honestly, the instructions above are more than enough, u will understand them perfectly when u hav a look under the car.

sorry mate but they are talking shit, you only have the rear tyres harder if you are carrying a laden car. why would lowering the car have any effect on what tyre pressures you need. if you have harder tyres on th back then as you stated softer on the front then the front will grip and the back will skip round.

except you got your wires crossed, you need the softer at the bk. harder at the front. the front tyres carry a lot more weight than the back hence they need to be harder unless when fully laden the rear carrys alot more weight.

well if it works for you, if your bored on dry day try lowering the pressure of the back tyres, say put 30 in the front, 28 in th rear then go for a drive, see if yu notice an inprovemnet, did mine by trial and error to what suits me best.
