Imagine a fully stripped out and seam welded Corsa with just a cage, small dash and a couple of lightweight buckets.
Then fit a standard C20LET engine with a close ratio 5-speed geabox and a decent LSD, anti-roll bars, strut braces, coilovers and some lightweight 15's with very sticky tyres.
What 1/4 mile do you think this would achieve? Would wheelspin be greatly reduced due to the differential?
Oh and this is not another plan of mine before people start. Am just asking for a mate who is interested to find out!

Well CraigPCG done a 13.9 with more than a standard engine but without LSD, so high 13s, low 14s as its standard.

And not many close ratio 5 sp boxes work. U bneed the 6 speed box, F20 isn't strong enuff. So u would need a custom built gearbox.
Say hello to the plus side of £1000
