Throttle bodeis wont fit the V6 very well. Can't b arsed to look at that link, anything Regal has to sell doesn't interest me 
Speak to people on MIg, there has been lots of posts about TB on V6 lumps and there are much better ways to extract power from them.

Throttle bodies are basically 4 small trumpets (or 6, or however many chambers u have) which allow the air to flow directly into the head of the engine. Standard inlet manifold are restrictive to allow for better fuel econmy, engine wear, noise etc.
There not cheap. For a 4 pot engine your looking at about £2k, but they give good power gains (basic TB setup should give around 20-40bhp) and sound fantastic.
