but what does it mean when oil comes up through the carbouretta into the air filter? its on an old VW Polo

i had this on my fiesta, it means the carb is fucked, on mine, one of the jets was broken and every week i had to clean my air box out cos it was covered in oil!
i would be on the look out for a second hand one, as new ones are expensive.
soon you will find that it will stall at every junction (thats where the manual chooke come in handy as i could stop it from stalling for a wihle)
