Isnt that the deffinition of a dumpvalve anyway?

Heared someone saying that its a combination of the dumpvalves and a NOS kit. The ot let is provided by the dumpvalve, and the steam is caused by the NOS mist escaping from the D.V. Would make sense really.

No, recurculating dumpvalves recirculate (funny that), atmospheric dumpvalves (the ones that go ptisch) release boost into the air. Also to me it seemed like the steam was coming out at the same time the DV dumped.

Not purely for show. The purge kit is used to clear the NOS lines of air and low pressure NOS, giving a solid hit of NOS on the first application. Used the way it was in 2F2F was for showin off.
