They should fit but there might be a difference in ride height due to the difference in weight of engines, just guessing mind!

Yes they will fit.
The 1.4 may be a little lower tho as Valleyscorsa says.

I think they are 15mm shorter on sports/sri's/gsi's

yes they will fit, all corsa b's and novas springs are inter changeable.

So Instead of a 40mm drop there will be 25mm? or are they gona be lower, like 55mm?!?

if you are getting a set of 40mm springs of a SRi then it will more than likely drop your car 40mm, it would have dropped the SRi by 25mm
most lowering spring kits are based on std height corsa's
