What is the convertible car that black bloke is driving? And why is everything turbo?

And why does steam come out of the car? Is that some sort of blow off valve?

The convertible is a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder. And I dunno what the steam is, but i'm guessing its just some thing for showing off, rather than serving any useful purpose

Yes, but when he revs it up, the DV goes off and the steam comes out.

It is a purge valve, it's purpose is if ater using nos.. the next day that nos will be somewhat stale and less effective as it's been sitting in the pipes, so the purge valve is there to get rid of the stale nos, obviously he was doing that for show.
