headache any cures (not rude please) ive tried about 4 pain killers and now i think its close to becoming a migrane as ive got squiggles

Ok - you said not to be rude but stimulation does actually cure headaches and is a stress releiver.

MAke sure you are not dehydrated, get someone to give you a neck and shoulders massage? try laying down for while, looking at a monitor wont help.

make sure u r in a darkened room and yes stay away from the monitor
