Hi,
I'm aware of how 5dr skirts are limited due to the other door etc etc, and I was looking at the 5dr GSI skirts from Tuning.co.uk, but I've also been looing at the Avanti Skirts from SA for months now:
All I need to know (and if you can tell from this picture) is how much modification will be needed (and where exactly) in order to get these onto my car?
Thanks!

i can tell u exaclt what needs doing, be preppared to get the fibreglass out.
1. you need to trim the bit which sit under the door and glues onto the sill as the b piller is further bk on the 3 door,
2. you need to create this bit you have cut off to carry along the sill under the bk doors, or it will be all floppy.
3. itf the bit sticking up would catch on the door it needs to be trimmed and the hole filling.
hope this helps
kris.

Cheers Kris, thats exactly what I was after.
Any ideas how complicated this is for a bodyshop to do? ie would they do it and how much do you think extra it would cost?
What do you think of the skirts? There basically GSI ones aren't they, but with the little extra bit at the back.

Think those skirts will look great on your 5 door. They're unique and deeper then the Gsi ones.A bodyshop should do it easy.Go for it.

Thanks Lazarus. I think (so long as I can get them into the country!) that I'll go with them. Not sure if I've done it correctly but the currency conversion made them appear to cost under £40! hmm.
My only worry apart from importation is if they'll be deeper than the airdam front. I like that 'flowing' look from the side if you know what I mean!
I'll let you guy's know if I can get them.

I got the link from Team Crazy in South Africa. I was arranging to get some imported from a member of the site but things went a little quiet.
Tony's thread in this forum about his SA GSI with these skirts on has a link to the shop that sells them - and yes, they sell loads of other stuff that i haven't seen before too!

no idea Kris - like those you mentioned to me about 6 months ago? I'll have a look.
Think there called Auto-Style if I remember right. - yep here's the link: http://www.autostyle.co.za
I saw the number above the skirts and thought that it was the price, except the currency conversion website i used made them look well cheap!
