fill it all in and dont sign it if there is nothing stating that you NEED to sign it by law, just fill in details of the driver!

yes m8ty i have tryed and read every bit of crap there is, and trust me m8ty just fill it out and take it on the chin.
you are only going to get away with it if u have top lawers now a days as they know all about the loop hole, i even spoke to a few judges (my mums mates)
sign it and pay it...TRUST

dont fill it in, send it back. the admin charges will cost more than the offense and they wont follow it up

u have filled it all in and not signed it?

chances are, pigs monitor this site so they proberbley know by now n e way, i wouldnt take the risk and end up loosing ur licence.
