Saw a bit of steam on the way to work (was stuck in traffic) out of the bonnet, nowhere to stop as I was on a busy dual carriageway, anyway I whacked the heaters onto full blast which cooled the engine down a bit. When I got to work, had a quick look under the bonnet, the coolant was about 2/3rds of the way up the tank and bubbling...I left it idling for a bit longer and the fan didnt come on as it usually does, possible fan switch gone??
Also the rad was hot as were the pipes.
Any input would be great.
Cheers.
