I had a S1 rallye about a year ago, cracking engine, 285 Cam as standard i think. Only had 801b/ft of torque though but once you hit 5000rpm you can feel it come on cam and it flies towards 7200rpm. If you get the chance to drive one, do so its not blisteringly fast but will put a smile on your face.

Had a personal training session last night for a back workout, bloke used to be a royal marine so you can guess what my first sets were, Chins hard but sore lats today

I was in the gym this morning had rob teaching me powercleans.
they are a bitch combination of bentover rows,deadlift,shrugs,overhead press. fucking hard doing the movement all in 1 i tell ya.

Yeah im pretty lean atm, kept some good mass though. Legs coming on pretty well, will start bulking in autumn just wanna get ripped up a bit for ibiza.
Powercleans is just an insane movement probably why you like it

Apparently only 2 S2 rallyes registered in black in this country
A 16v rallye, basically a striped out Gti, got to be rapid i reckon well into low 7`s 0-60

the guy down the road from me has a black one but its the mk1 version, i've raced him a couple of times and beat him on the straights but not by much and he is all over me on the bends. Very underrated cars especially cause its a 1.3.

Love them 106 Rallye's, GTi's and Quicksilvers.
But don't like the interiors, look ugly in my opinion.
Would still have one tho, miss my old mk1 106 sometimes.
