Ok sall i get a irmscher back box, which i know suits the rear bumper im going to get, but might sound crap unless i get a centre section made up

or

Get a Bastuck full exhaust system from regal? My friends dad has one of these on his Astra GSi and it sounds minted, not like boy racer, just a lovaly note, This in some cases has been proven to add 20bhp to the car...

Bastuck exhaust systems are 2.5" bore, as u have an sxi it will be inappropiate and probley cause a decrease in performance

the 20 bhp increase will be on a turbocar which had a fucked zoorst in the first place, plus it no doubt included a decat pipe also.

yeah 2.5 inch is way too big for a N/A car.

guy at work has the irmscher back box on his corsa c sxi and to be honest he doesnt recon it made any noise difference just looks pretty.

no their all 2.5" systems, just looked at that link

but it dosent say the applications, e.g. 1.8sri, just says corsa c, u sure they make them for the sxi

Quite right - no noise improvement ata ll... waste of nearly £300

I have a bastuck system on my corsa B, it was a bastard to fit, doesnt seal right and is really really loud, it was bent totally out of shape on the plane from England and took a lot to get it onto the car. Wouldnt do it again.

It was hard to fit besides the parts that were damaged, the different sections wouldnt fit together, the wider side wasnt wide enough. It took the bones of a month to get from Regal to Ireland, i wasnt willing to wait another month or more, my mechanic bent it back into shape quite well, The fitting problems were mainly caused by the factory finish of the system.

dont work during te weekdays,

Im at college full time studin computing, just on last year coming up so im in summer holidays atm,

work at Argos during the weekends

Thanks for the comments about the car, yeah its looking good will be better once finshed etc
