...and found that they ain't that fast. Kept up with it no problems but had to slow down for my turn off. He didn't seem very pleased that his brand new BMW built Supercharged car was no faster than my 1999 Punto.....best part was that my mate had written 1.0L on my bootlid

My mates got a Cooper challange car - they do tarmac rallies and a few track events. He bet Jimmy McRae on the Jim Clark Rally last month in it.

Believe me, after a bit of tuning these things fly!

what suspension you going for Chris. cooperS are too long geared for the power. cooperS works is faster

when i was down in leeds a few months ago. there was a guy in a copper s cam e along beside me and laffed at me, so on the next long straight he pulled ooot and i was up his ass BIG TIME when he moved over he was that pissed oot that i overtook him that he stuck the v's up at me. HE started it :boogle:

so i finished it he was so gutted

Not impressed with the S did one otherday in the GTi, yet to race an S Works, will try it in the CTR
