i was thinking about making some custom dials out of perspex for a personal touch 2 my interior. if i was to get hte same thinkness perspex as the originals, stencit around the shape, and then copy the dial nembers etc onto acetate and then there u go, clear perspex dials! sound good? or would there be problems?

I think Marv has something similar. The only problem I can see is that at night, the backlighting is gonna be shining straight in ya face.
