ive got mine going jus behind the front grill, the exact same route the old standard air feed took. its a tight fit but it will just fit, ive even managed to put the massive round metal inlet on the end on mine but had to cut of a bit of the top, was a mission to fit but looks nice behind my metal grill

take your car for a rip with the air feed connected and then with it disconnected from the kit, u will notice a BIG sound difference!!!!!!!!!

yep!!! with it disconnected it will sound like a BEAST after flooring it from 3000revs+!!! mind u tho ive got a full grp A zorst on my car too.

but will suck in hot air when movin of from standstill wen engine is boiling hot n cause a slight pause in the rev but then u will jus zoom of

iv got grp a zorst too! how bout disconnectin it but leavin a gap so its still there?

yeah mate, bang on, thats exactly wat ive done

ive left a gap of about 5cm between the air feed end and the induction kit.

what engine is your car mate? did you notice much better sound when its disconnected??

aint disconected it yet, will do it tonight, its a 1.4 16v u got the gsi?

yea mines a 1.6 16v gsi, but i reckon u will still notice the sound difference on your car to
