I have just rang them and ask to cover me for 1 day for a curtisy car (spellin) and they charge £15 for this. I have never before been charged unless i have changed my car so it has worked out being more expensive being with them. I also said to them im a premium member and i should have told them when i took out my policy but the discount came out after i singed up Bummer Lee

HIC charged me £20 the other day as an admin charge for upgrading me brakes!
Guess all the companies are gonna start doing it now!
Like £1200 isnt enough cash for them!
