get a 5 point harness, then its cool to belt up but it wont stop u gettin pulled cos it still looks like ur not wearin a seat belt

I wasn't meaning to be harsh, but thats my opinion on non-seatbelt wearing people.

I dont think you should be fined, i think it should be don't wear your seatbelt at your own risk, after all its your own life you're risking by not wearing one.

I do think that people who sit in the back should be fined for not wearing them, as they can kill someone in the front.
