friend of family drove thru traffic lights on amber, got pulled by police, they claimed he'd gone thru on red.
Talked him thru it in back of cop car, as they do, & tryed showin him the offence on their device thingy only the zoom conveiniently(sp) didn't wrk, so all in all police say he went thru red but he's insistent he didn't & pleaded not guilty.
Is there any way he can get off or should he just accept it?

If hes adament that it was amber then take it to court.
If he wants to save alot of money, admit to red.

Kick the fuzz hard in the knackers
I reckon a court would always take what the policeperson says as the truth, but I suppose he can try his best to argue. Perhaps get it thrown out of court (if it goes that far) due to lack of evidence?

Surely if the police have no evidence they have no leg to stand on... hence how police can't pull you for speeding if you fly past them in the opposite direction then slow down (they can caution though)
