But they are not classed as imports in the same way as certain Skylines etc are classed as imports. Plus, not all car supermarkets are imports.

theyll only b imports if they r imports - the confusion sometimes arises due to Eire - cars from their are classed as imported (as obviously they r) but often sold @ car supermarkets.

No most cars at supermarkets are british cars that have been shipped to the continent to be sold...car supermarkets then buy them back into the country at a reduced rate...cheaper than getting them in the UK...bit pointless but thats what happens!

also a lot of them are cars that are over produced and then manufacturere sell them off in bulk at discounted pricess cos up and down the UK there are huge plots of land just crammed with new cars where manufacturers have made too many

All cars are imports. The sort of car you will be buying for a car supermarket are full U.K Spec so you will be ok.
Imports like Skylines are not U.K spec as they're been run on Japanese roads and are made for Japan rather than the U.K

Yeah i see your point. Your best saving up really though if you can. It took me almost 2 years to save the cash for mine but that was because i was going out every night with a few wild students. I'm not gonna do that again if i go back in Sept, i'm gonna save some cash to mod or buy another car.
