40mm shouldnt need any work but 60mm u may need your arches rolled, most bodyshops can do this.

Cant roll Corsa arches.
Which model of Corsa you on about B or C??
Like stubbsy said it depends on the offset, if you get ET45 and 205 width tyres then you should get away with a 60mm drop with debolting and maybe a little more work on the inside of the arch.

take arches off , cut below holes with either grinder or jigsaw, file down smooth (u take about 1.5cm away) front and back! have wheels between offset of 45 or 49 . no scrubbage shud occur!

Wheelbase said that my girlfreinds car could take 17's even though it was lowered 60mm. In the end they didn't go on with out scraping, turned out it was catching on the nuts holding the rear arches on, cut them down and had no more problems.
Oh and they said that they had to be an ET45

i got et45 vulcans lowered 50mm....so far...ive flared arches. cut them all the way 2 top of old arch (got psg archs) and they still catch over small bumps....hopefully after flaring them 2day...it wont rub....if it does...im stuck i think.
