4points CD10 and fine - I was doing 80 in a 30 and hit another car, wrote hers off, mine was fixed, I went to court and got done, should have been 6 points but got company to write a letter say how much I need my licence for work..... They gave me 4 points cos I was still within the 1st 2yrs driving!! Thats why......

You got caught doing 80 in a 30, and they let you off with 4 points? That's not just lucky, that's the judge being in a VERY VERY good mood (must have got some the night before). Doing 80 in a 30 should have been a ban, there's absolutely no reason whatsoever to be going that fast in a residential area!

It was an industrail estate and the police men judged my speed according to my skid marks at 45 so i got away lightly...!!

accident investigation team didnt come 2 calculate my speed. i got off competely. havent heard from the cops. but ive learn my lesson, definitely
