Just decided to check my bank account online and my old insurance company is still taking money off me

£40 a month FFS

12 minutes to go and I'll be telling there customer services what I think of them!

I have to wait for thenm to send me a letter, then I have to reply and send a copy of my new insurance policy certificate!

The process could take up to 4 weeks! Do they think money grows on trees and that everybody can afford to loose £40.

WANKERS!

This is Hastings Direct, so be warned! Wouldn't mind but my new policy is only £25 a month!

Yes, if you are going with a new insurance company, ALWAYS cancel the old direct debit!

this happened to me with tesco, all they wanted was for me to send my policy note back, which i didn't realise i had to do

they gave my money back luckly

I haven't even got a policy note from them tho as I moved addresses

but hey ho!
