Streaky between lines?

If you call the warrenty department they will talk you through the procedure. I this a while ago and its just a matter of opening the lid so the print head moves to the middle of the unit and fold up some paper lengthways and move it side to side under the print head. If the paper gets gunked up, thats good as you're picking up all the residue ink.

I wouldn't advise poking bits of paper in unless you're happy to do so.
