got this reply

We have done some work on the return road smoothing off the rough bit and filling wholes on it,we eventually got the neighbouring farmer to agree to let us do this as he thought that it would act as a deterrent to slow folk down. So please keep the speed to a minimum on your return to the start or we will not get to continue with our repairing of his road.

I think they should move the holes onto the 1/4 mile strip.

That'll slow people down there too.

That is total pish! All they've dont to sort it is fill the holes with gravel...

I was at the last thrash, what a disgrace.. as if the cars dont get hammered enough, they now get chipped to fuck from the loose gravel.

They keep saying theyll get it all fixed.. then come back later saying they cant coz its a historical landmark (WW2 airfield) and they cant get the permission. :?

Bugger, as if willy doesnt make enough money from it anyway magic farmer

to be fair the amount of money crail must make it is rather dissapointing how badly all the roads condition is. You would think that they would invest in them seen as people have spent soo much money modding their car just to bring it here and have it damaged. The entrance as you pass the toilets where the Long ditch in the road is awful specially for lowered cars i would imagine

Crail is a waste of money. It costs £7 to get in (more if its a Lax Power or Shedline day), a further £15 to get on the strip. And what facilities are there? Shit toilets, crappy burger vans and terrible surfaces which aren't fit for driving on.

Where do the profits go? Into Fat Willys pockets, the theiving scum.

Unfortunatly, he has a monopoly so if you want to race, you have to go there.
