Looking at (brand-new) about £30 each for the 256Mb sticks of SDRAM, and about £15 for the CDRW (can pick up brand-new 24x for £30)
So I'd say anything between £50 and £75, depending on:
a) how old the parts are
b) how good a friend the person is

Mark up the price, then......say it's brand-new.
2 x 256Mb SDRam = £60
1 x 48xCDRW = £15
Total = £75
