Seems to look easy, my dad can do all the MDF work, hes class at that, i dont mind sitting down for a few hours each night glassin

Dont the speakers hit your leg when driving m8??
They stick a long way out of the door, im gonna do a similar thing, just not with the speaker as far out as yours!

no they dont, and the magnet on the back is huge, its just touching the mdf base!

a small tip, make sure you use the big ugly grills you got with the speakers mate. I have the same speakers and did some pods like that, and bloody caught my knee on the dust cone in the middle, which just popped off!

A lil' update on my actual builds which are well underway now, getting a smooth enough finish for painting is a pain in the fucking arse!

If i was gonna trim them in any material, even alcantara, they'd be almost ready, but as it stands, any tiny little imperfection in the filler needs to be refilled and sanded back down smooth, it may take longer than i was expecting!
