comes on when sat in traffic for a couple of mins, also revs up and down when sat still... was told this is idle control valve but would that cause the light to come on the dash??

btw its the light that is orange with a pic of an engine and electric sign on it...

any help would be apprieciated, and never get an answer from help forum...

Take it to a Vauxhall dealer, plus in the diagnostic computer, then it will tell them what's wrong
