does my car ,a 1.2 8v 1998 R have an imobilisor .i was just talkin to an alarm bloke and he sed i have a cat 2 imobiliser on it as standard.if i do then i dnt know about it .

also what do people think of the toad C4 ,he told me i was wasting my money gettin the ai606 and that the C4 is better , opinion???

I had a Cobra 6422 on my RST, it was really good. Never ever had a problem with it. Cat 1 approved aswell. Cost £400 fitted though.
I think most alarms over £300 are good, the installation is the key though, if its shit it will never be right.

yup as said above if it isnt installed by someone that knows what there doing then it is hardly worth getting the alarm at all
