My computer is running soooooo slow and at times it freezes quite often so i have to restart it all again. Ive tried maintanence wizard and its completed scan disk, but never goes past 10% of the defrag.

What can i do to get rid of shit on my puta to speed it up!!!

re-format the hard drive
