My parents are gonna sell a couple of their cars to get a new 2nd hand car...

At the moment we have sitting on our drive, a rover 214, a 1.8 litre mondeo, my sisters pug 106, my corsa, my dad's mg and my sister's boyfriends golf... sometimes also got my dad's work van on their and some of my dad's motorbikes!

My drive aint that big, and it looks like a car park

My mum + dad want to get rid of the rover and mondeo and get a new 2nd hand car...

The conditions are, it must have 5 doors, and it must be able to carry my mum's shopping and my dad's fishing rods

My mum was looking at getting a renault scenic - but as my dad put it 'he'd rather slit his wrists than have to drive that about!'

So I suggested to them, why not get a 2nd hand jap car. Scoobys and Evo's are 5 doors - could lay the fishing rods from front to back of car (since its long) and plenty of boot space...

Best of all, some nice performance for my dad to play around with

He was getting well excited about the thought of if we get one, racing me on a track day in his racing spec MG vs me in the scooby hehe...

Anyway, what cars do you suggest?

and if they were to get a scooby, what model do you reckon they should get? (its confusing there are loads)

I've seen the 'Turbo AWD 2.0' scoobys, that have 204 bhp... but also seen 2nd hand WRX's... will these have the 276 bhp? or will they also only be 204?

will be if they get one though hehe...
