Ive heard people saying smooth boots can crack with a decent stereo intall, but i want one on mine! (It will be running 2400w RMS of bass) Is this a good idea, or will it depend how its done/who does it?

put loads and loads of sound-proofing in! mine didn't crack and i had nearly twice that in my old corsa

really is down to how well the boot has been done. Have you heard mine? Or seen it? When the stereo's cranked up, i can get the whole boot panel to move about 3-5mm through the pressure being thrown at it.

havent seen it yet, i think i might come to the sound off anyway even if mine isnt finished just so i can have a look and listen!
