....do u need to have tax on your car to pass the MOT? as i need to get thye car MOT'd next week and my tax has run out but i need my new MOT certificate to get my tax help me

no you don't need tax as long as the car is booked into the garage that your having the mot done.

dunno, but just had to fork out for tax earlier today, bout £60 for 6 months.

Its a biatch considering 90% of the roads near us are absolute shite really!
