Got hit by some bloke on the M3 5 months ago and now the police(wankers) are doing ME for drivin with-OUT due care!!!!

Have to go to court in 2 weeks!!!

5 months and they tell me two weeks before i have to appear!!

They turned up but after!!

No witnesses, prt form the guys girl friend who was in his car and is not an independant witness!! And she says he was doing 55mph in hte middle lane of a motorway in light traffic!!
