apparenty christopher reeve was really thin when he was cast for the superman movie but the producers really liked the look of him. So they enlisted the help of Dave prowse to get christopher reeve into shape. Dave prowse was a british bodybuilder and the man in the darth vader costume in the star wars film. He only had a bout 3 months to train him or something so i reckon they must have pumped some steroids into him.
