So smart cunts, how do i cure my problem????
Starting the car from cold. The engine will not rev freely at all. If i give it more petrol, it goes slower..... acts like a 2nd brake!!
But if i leave it a couple of minutes to heat up...... its fine.
Occassionally looses power, revs wont increase at some points. But eventually clears itself.
Also failed my 1st mot regarding emissions..... the engine management light was on.... but when it went off... i passed my emissions.
So, today i drove it about as normal.... but still lacking power every so often!
Park the car up........ then try to start the engine a few hours later and it wont fuckn start!!!
Battery eventually went dead (probably due to the number of times i tried to start it!)
Kinda puffy noise coming from my airbox/tubing/air mass meter area.
Checked that all tubings and connectors are fine.
Checked oil level.
Checked and changed spark plugs.
My car is now parked up about 35 miles away from me for tonight and wont fuckn budge!!!!
Please help here folks.....

Coolent temperature sensor. It makes the management think it cold, so puts extra fuel in, this gives poor emisions, and floods the engine when its hot hence it wont start. Thats one posibilty anyway, they cost about £7 for a new one so might be worth a try.
If that doesn't work, bar changing all the sensors, and if you cant flash the codes out, you might have to pay vaux for a session with a tech 2.

Had the same problem-Coolant sensor
Try to disconnect it, then see if the engine works better, if it is this sensor it should

I'd say it sounds more like a problem with the herby verby valve myself.....

Yeah, but everyone knows the only way to fix the herby verby valve is to sky-hook it outa the way, whilst you glass hammer it.
Has anyone thought that his spark plugs might have run outa sparks? Just goto your local vaux dealer and pick up a new bag of sparks.

metal conducts electricity so they would all be used up when you got them home.
