Anyone here ever broken your nose?
I've had mine broken, and just wondered how long does it take to heal up? whats the process that the hospital do to fix it? anything you can do to stop it looking stupid when it heals ?

na nevaappend 2 me, apprantly takes a while 2 heel cos the bone is so soft, not much u can do only wear sum plaster esc thing 2 hold it in place 4 a while

I think its coz its so soft is why its so easy to put back into shape. Hope its like metal though - and heals twice as hard
I've broken my middle finger twice and that was fucking painful, took ages too heal too!
I'm quite suprised my nose doesn't feel that painful at all.

go the hospital with it and they shuve sumthing up your nose to put it back in shape, when i did mine i didnt go,just left it to heal, but it could have healed bad and i might not av been bale to breath properly

well, I went to the hospital and they told me to come back on wed when the swelling was down...
the woman said I would be under a light anistetic (is that put too sleep?) - but I would of thought it'd be shoving something up in my case since its only 1 side affected - the middle and right side is fine, just the top left is a bit caved in
in the current state I doubt I'd be able to breathe properly - but I've got so much dried blood up my nose at the moment I can't breathe anyway.
Hope it goes alright...

3 times playing rugby.Its one of the most painful things ive done. But playing rubgy it only have a weeks worth healing till it got smashed again. Lucky it was end of the seasons hence 3 breaks 3 games. running or tacking itd hurt
