After fitting a C20XE engine in my corsa although my front brakes are 2.0L 16V spec i feel the need for bigger more powerful brakes. I would like rear discs and 288mm front discs with 4 pot calipers. I will also need to upgrade the master cylinder and servo to provide enough fluid pressure for the 4 pots. What car can i get a bigger master cylinder off and how easy would it be to change it all over?

Try V6 calipers, and 284mm discs from V-tuning - just make sure you fir some braided hoses as this will stop a lot of the poor pedal feel.

I've had no probs with the hi-spec kit.
Make sure you use braided hoses tho, it will make a difference.

Adam. How big is the gap between the outside edge of the calipers and the inside of your wheels and what offset are they?

I'm using Wilwood midilite 4-pots and 285mm discs. Terrific stopping power and good pedal feel for around£420. Wilwood can supply the callipers with different piston sizes to best match your master cylinder.
