a cold air feed tube will bring in more cold air which is better. IMO i'd put one in for that extra air

any cold air feed is going to benefit ure performance some wot but while ever ure filter is takin in warm air aswell it wont be as effective
i personnaly feel that a cold air feed would work better directly into the airbox with a good quality panal filter. this would be a much cheaper equivelant to a pipercross viper.
at the end of the day cold air feed into ure engine is going to be better than no air feed and they arnt that expensive to buy so go for it..... if u get a red or silver end and mount it somewhere on the front of ure car it even looks good too

I am considering trying to make a massive viper with my BFO and some kind of sealed tubular cover for it.
The question is how to construct the sealed uni and where to route it etc..

i think the main thing with the viper is its heat resistant so u need to make sure wot ever u use keeps the heat out or u are wastin ure time
10/10 for intiative though and good luck
