I know but I installed DirectX9 for the game but still says it aint there

wen i had this prob on SL1 there was a exe call DXreg or summat and wen you click tht it went thru the DLL files and regsitered thm in the game and it was all sorted, but in SL2 redline racin it dusnt hav this...
