Preditor Sxi cannot log on to CS. Apparently mods were going to find out from Admin?

He also belives that he also cannot d/l from kazza and is the problem related??

Here is a snap of my fishy friend - Chris Salmon who is having the problem right now. Could Ian sort this asap...........>?

There is nothing Admin can do if its something wrong at his end.

The problem is Spencers end not CS, if he has problems with other sites, (as you've suggested). Then theres not alot Admin here can do for him.

Tell him to delete all the Cookies and Internet temp files as this helps when I can't access some sites.

I told him this earlier he reckons its empty. Also lavasoft programme discovered 200+ spy/hijack etc files and it still doesnt let him logon.

I feel a re-boot

Mail received 16:35 today. Replied to after I've written this.

His profile isn't banned and we've not denied access from his network.

The problem I think is that any new password he requests will be sent to an old and out of date email address that he hasn't updated in his own profile. This isn't a server issue.

I'll get on to it anyway. Customer service indeed.
