I found a patch of wet leaves today in a secluded part of the uni grounds.

The ABS kicked in as I slowed to a stop. I tried to pull away in 1st gear and it was having none of it, no matter how careful I was. So I tried 2nd gear and was rewarded with a tremendously satisfying wheelspin.

At this point I just couldn't resist trying to go one better. Slipped it into 3rd, 3K revs, clutch up, scweiiiiiiisssssssshhh! spinnnnnnnn!

DTi powerrrr

need to restrain myself from doing anymore tho

LOL I know it's not big, and not clever

Hence the reason I did it in a secluded part of the uni grounds where no one was, whilst on my own with no passengers with me !

It was fun, I enjoyed it. Simple things like that are nice

I ain't being funny or anything cos i know my cars got feck all power but the wheels tend to spin easier when i'm pulling away from a junction and turning at the same time, anyone know of a technical reason for this?

Also my mate just bought an fto and wheelspan in a car park packed with boyracers, needless to say he lost control and slammed the brakes on before he hit other cars. Its not even the mivec model, Some people just can't drive

depende on how harsh they drop the clutch i think

as for u spinning at junctions
pepole pull up at junctions when its raining and shitty water etc drip off
u end up with a load of crap at the junction hence when u go to pull out it spins the wheels on the shit thats on the road

Have you noticed its always the inside wheel, i think its because as you are turning the corner the centrefugal (spelling) pull the car to one side therefore less pressure is on the inside wheel, thus allowing the tyre to loose traction with the road hence doing a wheelspin! lol I need to go and lay down, that was too much thinkin for me!

I see where your coming from, havnt noticed which wheel.

My arguement is that wouldnt it be the outside wheel since all the weight is transferred to the inside wheel?
