Has anyone got an Alpine 9815RB headunit???
Thing is, i just bought one and i found out that i have to connect a wire (yellow wire) to the battery.
But how can i get the wire to go through to the battery??? Are there any holes in the car i.e. under the glove box etc... that can feed the wire to the battery?? So far i cant see any. The car is a Corsa C 2004!
Maybe people with Amps etc, can help me.
thanks.

There should already be a wire for the battery mate on the loom.It just means when you turn off the ignition it keeps all the memory.Just have a play ands you'll find the right one..
Corsa C should already have the blocks though? Easy click and play!

cheers, do you have to take the whole n battery out or did you take the lid off the fuse box cos thats where the wire seems to go when i poked my wire through.
Also, by the wire being fused, do you mean there is a big grey box on the wire?

dont what ever u do wire it to the standard vauxhall wiring it will blow the headunit, u need to take it direct to the battery as it has its own fuse its easy mate just cut slit in gromit and feed it through

no mate there def will be 2 wires the wires fit to the head unit opposite ends if u get my meaning the battery wire is obviously the one carrying the fuse then i should have a black wire which needs to run from neg to the 2 wires coming from head unit wiring

One should connect to the HU and the other to the wires coming out of the HU

you can actually connect it in with the positive supply in your existing loom, no need to wire it from the battery mate! unless u wanna
