yup....smoking is rough as fook  And the new adverts that are out and just as rough, although the one with the old dear sound like a fooking pit bull trying to breathe has to be the killer...i would hate to get into that state, having to breathe using some pipe shoved up my nose!

I have been off the cigi's for bout 6 months now

mate thats fair enough i wasn't having a dig at people who smoke. people may say i drink too much but its your decision what you do. i was just making a commnent

I decided to give up last week. Gone from 10 a day, had 2 first day, 2 day after and 4 since then including my sisters 21st and going 2 the oub thurs and fri nite. Not too bad methinks!

I think about quitting everday...i can stay off them, but then when i go drinking the nicotine urge takes over.
i reckon for me is the routine/habitual behaviour that is more addictive than the actual smoke

Quit New Years Eve, had 1 since thats it
It is hard in the pub though as having a pint in one hand and not a fag in the other is hard
But more money in the pocket and better health aint a bad trade off

i'm goin to quit soon...missus smokes aswell but she has no intention of trying to quit.
costs 2 of us a bomb a month
we don't smoke in house..except for out kitchen window...
